Outside of work, Kayla prioritizes spending quality time with her family. Together with her husband and daughter, they relish the opportunity to go camping during the summer weekends.

Andrea brings over 17 years of hands-on HR experience to HighRoad Partners, following a long and successful career with a regional bank where she earned multiple leadership and people-management awards. Known for her calm, genuine approach, Andrea helps clients make confident choices about their careers, retirement, and overall well-being—always keeping the “human” in human resources.
A proud NDSU graduate, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with emphasis in Business and Communications, along with Competent Communicator and Advanced Communicator Bronze designations from Toastmasters International.
Andrea and her husband have six children—five grown and thriving, and one energetic young son they adopted after fostering him for three years. Their family shares a love of the outdoors, from hunting and sports to simply soaking up small-town North Dakota life.
